I saw a lot of your adorable faces on Sunday at The Savvy Marketplace, but if you weren't able to make it here is a little peek into the day.

Of course Matt wouldn't let me get started without insisting I get a photo by the sign.

Getting all set up for the day, I couldn't have done it without Caitlin's help. She was a rockstar!

All ready to go!

And then all my friends came and insisted they get a photo with me, it was adorably obnoxious. Thanks for all your support, it was an amazing day and I got to meet so many great people! Make sure to contact me if you would like to purchase something and weren't able to make it to the shop, I'd love to here from you! See you next time.

Oh, and this happened this weekend too. It was one of the most exciting weekends yet, I am filled with happiness and love. (I said yes!)

Just playing around with Photoshop illustration a little! Do you recognize the photo from my Instagram?

Matt secretly snapped this photo of me working the other night, and it came at the perfect time. I have been feeling a little guilty for neglecting Matt lately. I don't know how he deals with the (small) apartment being covered in my art supplies, that the perfect light has me always blocking the TV, that I need him to make me dinner for the 23944823 night in a row because I'm right in the middle of a breakthrough, that I've rescheduled date night 4 times this week and that sometimes I'm so engrossed in my work I forget to forget to listen when he's talking to me. Then he interrupted me, grinning with pride to show me the photo and says "you're really freaking cool", and I know he's my biggest fan.

And I promise I will clean the apartment soon, real soon. I just need to finish one last thing (or maybe three).

(PSA: You know that feeling when you see all those perfectly arranged Instagram and Pinterest photos and think, why can't my life look like a page out of a magazine? A little secret, above is what that beautiful photo looks like in real life.)

Hey hey, if you haven't heard, I will at The Savvy Marketplace Pop-Up on July 19th from 11am-5pm. I hope you all stop by to check out the Seattle makers that are coming together for a beautiful Sunday. Here is just a sneak peak of the products I will be selling.

I am thrilled to be debuting my pressed flowers collected from our beautiful Seattle and put in vintage frames with watercolor backgrounds. I can’t get enough of the spring flowers always popping up, so I wanted to find a way to keep them around all year long. I pick my flowers on hikes in the mountains and walks through the city and press them in-between old pages of Vogue. Then, I scour the shops and stores for vintage frames where I place the pressed flowers on watercolor patterns into the found frames. I hope you love them just as much as I do!

See something you like but can't make it to the pop-up? Feel free to contact me to make a purchase!
