SHH, I THINK YOUR DIET IS STUPID

Here's the thing… I eat toast with peanut butter, honey and bananas every morning, I don't worry about happy hours that end three margaritas and a huge plate of nachos later and if there is free pizza at work I am probably going to eat it. I'm on a lifestyle not a diet… (but) I run at least four times a week, try not to keep candy in my apartment and don't eat the free pizza if I am not in the mood. The number on the scale is just a number, and I don't want to be spending my precious time worrying about every calorie. I've seen way too many friends miss out on some of the best times because they had to go to the gym or didn't want to be tempted into overeating and drinking. So, I really hate your diet, now go eat some peanut butter.
